The Chandigarh Police have revealed, in their charge sheet, how Amreen Rai, a Chandigarh resident, allegedly arranged the killing of 31-year-old property dealer Charanpreet Singh alias Chinni. Chinni was a resident of Kubaheri Khurd village in Mullanpur.
